How can I Book?
You can book online or call us on 0800 099 6048.
What is the check-in/check out time?
You can check in anytime from 3pm and check out is at 10am, an early check-in or late check-out can be reviewed individually.
Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking.
Is there a minimum and maximum occupancy?
Yes, there is a minimum of 15 guests and a maximum of 30.
When do I need to pay the balance?
The balance is due 12 weeks before your arrival date.
How much is it per night?
Sunday - Thursday, £1500 per night
Friday and Saturday £2420 per night
For more than 15 guests, there is an additional charge of £100 per person per night.
There is also a 10% cleaning fee applied to the booking.
Do I need to pay a secuirty deposit?
We will need a credit card details to hold a £500 holding deposit, this will show on your account as a pending balance.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes, the price is inclusive of VAT, a VAT invoice will be provided when making the booking.
Do you charge for children?
Children under 3 stay free of charge. Children 3 years and older are considered full-paying guests.

Do you accept Pets?
We will review each pet request individually, we will accept the occasional family pet.
What is your cancellation policy?
Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial 30% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Cancellations within 12 Weeks of Check-In Date: If you cancel within 12 weeks of your check-in date, the full amount paid is non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to resell the dates. If we successfully resell the dates, we will refund you the amount paid, minus the non-refundable 30% deposit.
Cancellations More Than 12 Weeks Before Check-In Date: If you cancel more than 12 weeks before your check-in date, you will receive a refund of any amount paid, excluding the non-refundable 30% deposit.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible within these guidelines. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
Do you have a quiet policy?
Yes, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, keep noise levels low, including music, TV, and conversations, especially outdoors and in common areas.

Do you provide linen and towels?
Yes, the home comes with fresh linens and towels for each paying guest.
Do you have child cots?
Yes, we can provide a travel cot upon request, but please bring your own bedding for it.
Is housekeeping included?
If you would like housekeeping during your stay, please let us know, and we can arrange it for a small fee.
